Not feeling well or just need an annual exam? We do it all! We also perform sports physicals and referrals for injuries. Whether you're sick or only need some routine maintenance, we're here for you!

NewBorn Hospital Coverage

Dr. Hubbard and Dr. Shaw see newborns at Erlanger East, Erlanger Baroness (Main Hospital), and Parkridge East.

Pediatric Health Care Associates accepts most commercial insurances, and all TennCare insurances. Please contact our office to verify if your insurance is accepted.

Patient Centered Medical Home

Patient CEntered medical home (PCMH)

Pediatric Health Care Associates has participated as a PCMH practice since January 2018. PCMH practices work to excel in the level of care provided to all patients, and to make sure any care outside of the primary care physicians office is coordinated by the PCMH. We want to make sure that all well exams and immunizations are completed on time.

National committee for quality assurance (NCQA)

Pediatric Health Care Associates was accredited through NCQA on August 8, 2019. Our practice must reapply for accreditation every year. NCQA accreditation ensures that the highest level of care is taken with all patients. Our practice is proud to be one of the few in the Chattanooga area with accreditation.
